John F. Kennedy, served as the thirty-fifth U.S. president, whose reputation in the world still living today, it is not only because the United States had got the superpower status from two world wars, but also because of the outstanding performance of John F. Kennedy in office. If we put the performance of John F. Kennedy at the White House as an object and conduct a detailed study, then we would found that his greatest success did not came from Cuba and Germany issue in the confrontation with Soviet Union, nor from the compete on space exploration achievements with Soviet Union, but from the full realization of the civil rights in United States. If we regard Kennedy's performance on the civil rights movement as a theme to make a separate study, then found that the achievements of U.S. presidents on that issue was not a uniform, continuous single road map, but unconnected three periods, which has been labeled the era of Washington, Lincoln and Kennedy in the paper. In the way of this syllogism, we can sort out the roadmap of United States "all men are created equal" had penetrated through the founding, development and final diagram. As the great men, Washington and Lincoln have been recognized in the whole world. The crucial achievements of these two presidents is nothing less than winning a war and made great contribution on the establishment and implementation of the idea of all man are created equal. The achievements of John F. Kennedy made almost similar: he not only reap the upper hand when he against the Soviet Union but also had avoid a hair-trigger nuclear war that would have happen. Meanwhile, he raised the most radical civil rights legislation since the "Emancipation Proclamation" of Lincoln, which had, as he said, not only reached the target that granted full freedom and rights of African American, but also expanded the freedom of all Americans. Thus, Kennedy's legendary came from his great sense of justice and remarkable courage as a great politician.
