Self-acceptance is a major component of self-experience of self-consciousness, also it is one of the important condition from which individual obtain healthy personality. Self-acceptance refers to a person who not only would like to learn, to face and to unconditionally accept all of the characteristics of himself, confirms its objective and positive values, and recognizes this reality without blind pride and inferiority, but also will not be shaken praise or blame of others.Minority college students are in a certain cultural background to grow up, different nations have their own unique history and culture, thus their self-acceptance may have its own particularity, on the characteristics of minority college students study self-acceptance, contribute to comprehensive understanding of the critical period in the development of self-awareness of the minority student population of self-acceptance condition, as more and more minority students into colleges and universities in various provinces in their contact with others is also increasing, will also be bound to the impact of other cultures, In the national culture and other cultural differences and identity conflicts, how they accept themselves, but also let others accept them as a problem worth exploring. This study based on the literature documents, open investigation and related expert advice, building self-acceptance dimension of college students, after initial test, statistical analysis, and ultimately the formation of a formal questionnaire college students self-acceptance, and use the questionnaire on the status of minority students to self-acceptance research, preliminary analysis of the characteristics of minority college students self-acceptance. Conclusions of this study are: (1)On the whole, self-acceptance of minority college students each factor and sub-dimensions of the average scores are above 3.00, indicating that minority college students tend to accept their own.(2)The self-made "College Students Self-acceptance Questionnaire", reliability and validity test results showed that:the questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability, and correlation matrices and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the structure of the questionnaire a good measure can be used as a tool for college students to use self-acceptance.(3)Different gender and different grades minority college students of self-acceptance did not reach significant level, but the minority students in the family residence, professional, tribe self-acceptance on the status of other significant difference.(4)Han and the minority college students in the physical dimension and its sub-dimensions although there are differences, but did not reach significant level; Han and the minority college students in the psychological dimension and its sub-dimensions, only the Han and Uygur in the psychological dimension was significant difference; Han and the minority college students in the social dimension and its sub-dimensions, in addition to the family dimension of the Han and Uygur differences reached a significant level, and Han and Tujia, Yi, Hui, Uygur ethnic groups the four ethnic national identity in their own dimension of the differences have reached a significant level; the other sub-dimensions although there are differences in degree, but did not reach significant level.
