The subject of this study is minority students from Language College in XJNU and the total number is 200. This study is to investigate the language aptitude of those who's Chinese as second language and influence of second language learning by relative factors. The results show that subjects are good at ;They have good ability of Associative memory capacity, Grammar sensitivity, and Language conclusion ability. The significant difference on language aptitude is evident on nationality not on gender. As for grammar sensitivity, there is great significance between Uyghur students and Mongolian students. The other 2 points show that there is a slightly difference between these two groups but there is no significant difference. 3 the finding of difference in grades indicates that the difference of grades performing on three factors could be varied, in which the first grade student shows the strongest part in three factors. These differences mainly can be seen on the grammar sensitivity and language conclusion ability. As for the relationship between Chinese aptitude and learning strategy, macro cognition and grammar sensitivity shows the negative correlation. Associative memory capacity and Chinese learning between various strategies are significantly positive correlation.The conclusion obtained from the thesis could help minority students learn the situation about learning Chinese and realizing the difficulty. In this case, it can help them to maximize the advantage and minimize the disadvantage in learning the language. It also offers the theoretical basis for the Chinese language educators. By studying the results of ethnic minority learners Language aptitude Test, to understand the characteristics of minority students, guiding the Chinese educators to teach ethnic minority learners individualized. How to make fully use of the linguistic minority learners to Chinese educators can make up their strengths and weaknesses in Chinese language teaching, so that teaching and learning activities can achieve the best results.
