《Decision concerning the reform and shape of the foundation education in state council》points out that "Teaching goes on respecting fundamental knowledge, basic skill combines to pay attention to the cultivation of affect attitude and value". And it draws up the course object as three aspects, such as" knowledge and skill", "process and method", "affect attitude and value". Therefore, the researcher has strong interests and motive from the test and experiment in seeking the cultivation and appraisal system that best suits the junior middle school students, and assisting the teacher in discovering students' individual differences on the study in time. This text discusses the connotation of "affect attitude and value" from drawing lessons in domestic and international relevant affect attitude and value search realm. After compiling the courses for three weeks, the researcher develops the general affect attitude and value that contain in the Chinese courses intentionally, and gives a qualitative and quantitative test of the beginning status and development result of it before and after the experiment, then gets certain conclusions and questions that exist.Purpose:Following the basic spirit of "A new course reform in foundation education", the researcher compiles a total course which can develop and promote the affect attitude and value horizontal of junior school students, and appraises it in class through experiments.Method:The researcher compiles the affect attitude and value which exists in the fore-part Chinese course of the first grade students in junior middle school, selects two classes from grade one in Xinyang Junior middle school to appraise the result in qualitative and quantitative method, and used SPSS 17.0 in carrying on quest factorization in the quantize data, inspects its letter degree and effect. Besides, the researcher uses the independent sample T test statistical analysis in experiment class before and after the experiment to detect the difference of the result. After accumulates the material, the researcher withdraws the change in the affect attitude and valueConclusion:The result discovered through quantize analyzes that the course has notable effect for the experiment set students in positive affect, negative affect, active, cooperate, charity, world consciousness and seek pleasant aspect, but living manner, science spirit and value...etc. which are stable variables, requires longer time of the course to take place apparent change.So, if the researcher wants to obtain more fulfillment result, it still needs the design of further perfect course in practice, and joins more abundant, multiple appraisal ways come to evaluate the changes of affect attitude and value overall. It is been analytical to discover with interview in the individual student amid the observation by the researcher, The factor which in the course has no notable effect before and after the test also bring about potential influence. The students' sense of achievement was stirred up, the cooperation of group not only made the student develop the habit of team cooperation, but also raised the student's creative inspiration, well living manner and potential value is also forming slowly.
