The higher education of ethnic minorities is based on the quality of the personnel training of ethnic minorities,and as the goal and development direction of the ethnic education reform,from the traditional knowledge indoctrination to the ability training of students.How to evaluate whether minority students have acquired the ability and skills to adapt to the economic and cultural development needs of minority areas is particularly important.Evaluation as an important manifestation of learning effect,advocacy evaluation is the main direction of educational evaluation reform in minority colleges and universities.This study focuses on minority preparatory students and evaluates students learning process in minority preparatory classes.Analyze the changes in the skills acquired by them after the preparatory stage of study.The purpose of using qualitative evaluation in the teaching of “University Language” is to break the shackles caused by quantitative evaluation to students innovative consciousness,social practice,and independent observation,and to pay more attention to students learning process.This study is a study of learning and development from students.
