| This thesis aims to explore the basis structure of kindergarten teachers'professional personality and the establishment of norm standards of kindergarten teachers'professional personality in Liaoning Province. The methods are as follows:First, according to the related researches, combining with interviews and the results of open-ended questionnaires, the author initially establishes the theoretical model of professional personality structure which suits the kindergarten teachers. Then, through two structured questionnaires, with the analysis of exploratory and confirmatory factors analysis, the author explores and verifies the structure of questionnaires, checks the reliability and validity, and establishes the "Personality Inventory of Kindergarten Teachers". Finally, using this inventory as a tool, the author studies the kindergarten teachers in Liaoning Province and establishes the norm standards of kindergarten teachers in Liaoning Province. The results show that:(1) the personality of kindergarten teachers consist of a multi-component structure, including carefulness and cautiousness, monitoring and discipline, concern and care, justness and tolerance, appetency and empathy. (2) The "Personality Inventory of Kindergarten Teachers" in this thesis is a measurement tool with good reliability and validity. (3) The norm standards of Liaoning Province that established in this thesis have certain reference value. |
