Network Communication Ethical Problems And Countermeasure Analysis

Communication activities have existed since ancient times. The interaction among people is the most basic activity of human society, which is also an indispensable condition to human survival. The rapid development of information technology, the popularization of computer network, and the emergence of network communication space have provided us with a new platform for communication. The new communicational platform relies on the development and establishment of computer science and technology. With computer technology deepening into our lives, study, work and other aspects, we have to admit that the interaction of this time is fundamentally different from the interaction of traditional society. The interaction of this time gets rid of the geographical constraints and doesn't need to carry out among people known to each other. The interaction of this time is a kind of virtual contact, so network communication has its own characteristics. The interaction of this time applies computers as the medium and conveys information of interaction among people by text message. And the interaction among people of real life is changed into the interaction between people and machine. The content of interaction will not be examined by moral. Because network communication is based on computers for intermediary, any technology will bring about the social development and some social problems at the same time. So it is the same with network communication. Although network communication has facilitated our life and study, it also brings about some social problems, including the spread of anarchism, moral relativism, the weakening of interpersonal relationship, cyber crime, etc. These problems arise in the process of network communication. So we need to have an in-depth study of the reasons for these social problems in the process of network communication. These reasons mainly include the network itself, the underdeveloped cyber laws, and the absence of morality subject of network and so on. The second part mainly discusses the ethical issues caused in network communication. By differentiating traditional interaction and the real interaction and realizing the social problems caused in the process of network communication, I will mainly introduce the manifestation of these problems and their damages to society in order to cause the social attention to these problems. These problems mainly include the spread of anarchism, moral relativism, the weakening of interpersonal relationship, cyber crime, etc. These problems have seriously affected the ordered working of the network society. Especially, online crime have caused serious damage to countries and affected the normal and ordered working of the whole society. If these problems can't be dealt with properly, the consequences will be inconceivable. The third part mainly puts forward the measures of solving the ethical problems, which is also the focus of the paper. This part is the core of the paper, which needs to be expounded. The appearance of anything has its own reason. So it is the same with the generation of the ethical issues of network interaction. It is required to find the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the root of these problems and to eliminate the emergence of ethical issues fundamentally, thus promote the healthy and rapid development of network interaction in good order.
