Research On The Ethical Issues Of Machine Learning Algorithms

The rapid development of machine learning algorithms indicates that a new era of intelligence has begun.Machine learning algorithms can systematically,automatically,and programmatically mine and process massive amounts of data.Machine learning algorithms obtains the knowledge and makes the decision,to realize the human intelligence simulation,thus also has caused many ethical questions.Therefore,how to understand the nature of these ethical questions about machine learning algorithms and make corresponding answers has become one of the hot issues in the field of technical ethics and technology governance in the Intelligent Society.This paper will focus on the ethical problems of machine learning algorithms,through a comprehensive sorting and analysis of these problems,trying to put forward new solutions,constructing a kind of machine learning algorithm for “Good”.Specifically,the full text of the argument can be divided into the following parts:Firstly,based on the ethics of technology related theoretical models,in particular Finberg’s theory of technical code,it demonstrates the value load of machine learning algorithms and its ethical implications.Secondly,it combs the expression and nature of the existing ethical problems related to machine learning algorithms from various practical dimensions,based on the existing research framework of technology ethics,the main theoretical approaches to solving the ethical problems of machine learning algorithms are described in detail,it also points out the possibility of expanding on the basis of “Externalism”and “Internalism”.Fourthly,relying on the relevant ethical theory and the progress of artificial intelligence technology,the possibility of realizing“Moral initiative”and “Moral quality”of machine learning algorithm is expounded.In a word,this paper tries to prove that constructing a kind-oriented machine learning algorithm is an effective way to solve the ethical problem of machine learning algorithm,and the realization of this approach has its theoretical and practical basis.
