Differentiating and analyzing the "difference" in Comparative Literature studies, is to respect, know, comprehend and accept the "difference" of the objects of study. Respect and know the "difference" is to treat different objects with equal vision, and differentiating and analyzing "difference" between them, konw the specificity of each other. Rather than excluding the dissimilar "other", denying the "other", or seeking the "common" simply. Comprehend and accept the "difference" is to analyze the deep reason of the "difference" deeply, explore the thinking mode, customs, outlook, values and other factors,which cause this "difference". So they can understand each other better, and understand themselves better. And in the end, based on the understanding of the "difference", the different objects accept each other better, learn from others'strong points and close the gap, inject the fresh blood for their own development, and the different literature coexist harmoniously.Differentiating and analyzing the "difference" in Comparative Literature studies is the research object of this paper. And this paper mainly divided into four aspect: firstly, card the history and status of differentiating and analyzing "difference" in Comparative Literature in the domestic and foreign academic circles; the next is focuses on analyzing the academic basis of differentiating and analyzing "difference"; and then investigate, screen and modify the category, method and principles; finally, explore the value of differentiating and analyzing "difference" in Comparative Literature.
