The family, as the most direct and important growth environment of different individuals, is the fundamental factor. Based on family environment, the paper was discussed that the relationships between the self-esteem and interpersonal trust of College Students and various Family Factors such as parent-child attachment, family functioning and parental rearing behaviors etc. The purpose was provided more data for researching self-esteem and interpersonal trust of College Students and enriched domestic studies. Meanwhile, it can help that college students know development vein of self-esteem and themselves interpersonal trust degree, carry out better self-education and improve the development of personality.Cluster sampling method is adopted in this study and450 members are selected as objects from three Bijie University of Engineering through Experiences in close Inventory of Parent Attachment, FAD, EMBU, SES and IT. Effective data is analyzed using the method of correlation, multi-AVONA, regression and medial analysis. Main conclusions reached are as follows:(1) There were significant differences in four aspects of sex, specialty, grade, parental education, mother occupation in the college students'parent-child attachment, there were significant differences in six aspects of sex, profession, place students, student source, only-child or not, parental education and Ranking in FAD and there were significant differences in nine terms of sex, profession, grade, student source, Nationality, only-child or not, father's education, parental occupation and Ranking in EMBU.(2) There were significant differences in self-esteem of college students because of different gender and parental education. It showed that the boys were higher self-esteem than girls, and the higher educational level of his father was, the higher the students'self-esteem was.(3) It exhibited a significant difference with interpersonal trust of students from different professions and nationalities. The details were that it was higher interpersonal trust for science students than liberal arts students, Han students than minority students.(4) There was obvious predictive function for interpersonal trust of students in family factors, such as parent.-child alienation, role, emotional reaction, behavioral control, the parent understand, the father refused and the mother of seven(5) Three family factors, such as emotional involvement, behavior control, and parent-child attachment, have predictive effect on interpersonal trust of college students.(6) Students'self-esteem has partly intermediary role in the family factors on the impact of interpersonal trust.
