Du Weiming, a Professor in Harvard University, is regarded as a new type of scholar of New Confucian School. He devotes to the creative explanation of the modern Confucian School and to its modernization and globalization, and also makes an outline of the modern significance of Confucian school and the prospect of The Third Period Development of Confucian School. The modern theory of New Confucian School makes a great impact on the Asian and the West. Du's research on the Confucian's "Human's Learning" and its core value is to illustrate the connotation humane spirit and its value to reveal its efforts.The paper is consisted of five parts. The first part makes a brief illustation on the scholars'researches, especially Du's, on the Confucian School. The second part explains Mr. Du's dual-distinction on the Confucian School from the perspective of "Political Confuses" and "Confucian Ethic". The third part elaborates the Confucian School's Significance and detail guidance in the East Asian's economic development and rising in modern civilization. The forth part explores the humane self-accomplishment and the Confucian's modernization from the perspective of the current development of The Third Period of Confucian School and the prospect of Confucian School. And the last part makes introspection on Du's ethics, and also proposes that if the second concentric civilization period is existed, the Third Period of Confucian School's Development will be entirely possible.
