Objective: Heart failure in the myocardial energy metabolism associated with the obstacles, which is the major pathophysiological mechanism for heart failure. HF is also the theoretical basis for treatment by metabolitation support. One of questions that exercise intervention can be the adjuvant treatment rehabilitation means of CHF patients clinical was concerned. In this study, we build the ADR induced heart failure models, carry out aerobic exercise intervention in the development stage of HF. Basing on myocardial energy metabolism, from the cardiac pathological, cardiac function and myocardial energy material, discussing the related mechanisms about the effects of aerobic exercise intervention on the energy source substances ATP, ADP, AMP in the rats during the myocardial energy metabolism. To provide the necessary theoretical basis and practical reference for the exercise intervention in myocardial energy metabolism of heart failure. Methods: 7-week-old 120 male SD rats of SPF class were randomly divided into ADR group(60) and control group(60). ADR group were IP with 2mg/mL ADR in 5 weeks rats,Control group were injected with Physiological saline,Conventional observations. After models have been built and then rats were divided again. Exercise groups swimed without load for 6 weeks. exercise group rats swimed 1 time/day, 6 days/week. And at the first day of intervention period and after 2th,4th ,6th weekend of exercise intervention period, monitored the rats'heart index, cardiac function and ATP, ADP and AMP content of myocardial tissue by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:①6 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention during the quiet heart failure rat heart weight, heart weight index and the absolute value of the rate of increase was significantly greater than healthy quiet group (P<0.01); heart failure exercise group heart weight, heart weight index absolute value and its rate of increase was significantly less than the quiet heart failure group (P<0.05); heart failure exercise group heart weight, heart weight index was significantly greater than the absolute value of healthy exercise group (P<0.05).②quiet heart failure rats LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax absolute value and the rate of increase was significantly less than the health of a quiet group (P<0.01); heart failure exercise group LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax was significantly less than the healthy exercise group and the healthy quiet group (P<0.05,0.01), LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax heart failure was significantly greater than the quiet group (P<0.05,0.01).③6 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention period, the ATP content in healthy group were significantly higher than the heart failure group in same period (P<0.001), ATP content of heart failure exercise group was significantly higher than on 2,4,6 weekend;④ADP content of heart failure exercise group was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05,0.01), the quiet group of heart failure was significantly quieter than the healthy groups.⑤AMP content of the exercise group of heart failure was always higher than the other groups (P<0.001), AMP content of the quiet heart failure group was significantly higher than the healthy groups on 2,4,6 weekend (P<0.01), there was no significant difference about AMP content of healthy exercise group and healthy quiet group on the intervention of the 2th,4th weekend (P>0.05), and on 6th weeks, AMP content of healthy exercise group was higher than the quiet group of healthy (P<0.05).Conclusion:①Aerobic exercise can improve cardiac index in rats with heart failure and cardiac function;②Aerobic exercise can improve the myocardial content of ATP and ADP and slow AMP rate of decline in heart failure and improving energy metabolism;③Aerobic exercise may delay the process of congestive heart failure on some extent;④Suitable aerobic exercise can be the aids on heart failure rehabilitation.
