The Effects Of Xinning Bolus On Content Of NO And Expertion Of ET In Myocardial Ischemia Rat

Objective: To observe prevention and cure role of the Xinning Bolus on acute myocardial ischemia in rat by ECG,ELISA,SABC, and make a preliminaly study on its mechanism.Methods: Healthy Wistar rats were divided into six groups by using random number table and each group contains ten rats.The six groups include low dose of Xinning Bolus group medium dose of Xinning Bolus group,high dose of Xinning Bolus group,Xintong oral liquid(Positive control),the control group and model group.To observe changes of superseriptâ…¡-lead ECG in acute myocardial ischemia rats caused by ISOproterenol,content of NO in serum and aetivity of ET in myocytes.Results: Every Xinning bolus can obviously improve the myocardial ischemia ECG,inhibit myocardial tissue ET - 1 and increase the content of serum NO;compared with the positive controled controls,there was significant improment and it was much more obvious than that in Xinning bolus high-dosage groups and medium-doseage group.Conclusion: Xinning Bolus can improves endothelial function of myocardial ischemia, oxygen protection.
