Different Meridian Points Of Acupuncture On Stroke Spasticity Rat IP₃ DAG Content Of The Study

Objective: By observing acupuncture at different acupoints on the stroke spasticity rat IP3,DAG content and to explore different meridian points of acupuncture treatment of the disease mechanism for acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis, relieve muscle tension and provide a theoretical basis for increased .Methods: The modified intraluminal suture MCAO model in rats, after 3 hours of reperfusion using Zea Longa 4 grade scoring standard neurological score; After the modeling, 3 day treatment, continuous treatment of 14 days, once a day; use H reflex neural electrophysiological evaluation model and treatment; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serum IP3,DAG content.Results:1,the right H wave latency, yang acupuncture group than in model group was significantly longer, and the model group, Yin and acupuncture, yin and yang by the acupuncture group, baclofen group, MCPG groups were significantly different (P < 0.01, P <0.05); the right side of H-reflex recovery curve showed yang acupuncture group H / M values up to 1.078±0.1283, and the model group, Yin and acupuncture, yin and yang by the acupuncture group, baclofen group , MCPG group were significantly different (P <0.01, P <0.05); 2,yang acupuncture group were significantly lower serum IP3, DAG content, and the model group, Yin and acupuncture, yin and yang by acupuncture group, baclofen group, MCPG group were significantly different (P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion:1,acupuncture inhibited the H reflex hyperactivity and improve the H-reflex recovery curve, inhibition of spinal motor neuron excitability; 2,acupuncture treatment to reduce stroke spasticity serum IP3, DAG content, three groups of acupuncture group were different;3,acupuncture ease the spasticity of hemiplegia after stroke, its role as the sun through the strongest, followed by the yin and yang, yin by the weakest.
