Objectives:To investigate the values of virtual reality techniques in design anterior circulation ruptured intracranial aneurysm surgery program.Methods:Image data of 50 ruptured intracranial aneurysms in anterior circulation cases were Selected, Import 64-slice spiral CT angiography thin head scan data into Dextroscope image workstation, Simulation operative surgery and design surgery plan in the VR environment, Compared the VR key anatomical images and real images with intraoperative findings; explore the relationship between anatomic variations of brain Willis ring and the the formation of ruptured anterior circulation aneurysms in VR environment.Results:1. Surgical plan and simulation operation of 50 cases were done successfully. The 3D solid virtual images produced by the virtual imaging system were clear and vivid, which could reveal directly the location and aneurysm size, shape and contained tumor and tumor blood vessels around the bone of spatial relations, and visual display of anatomical details of individual patients and to develop individualized surgical plan.2. Contrast VR key anatomic images with the images seen in surgery, Preoperative VR operation of local anatomic features of aneurysms consistent with the true relationship between intraoperative findings.3. Among the 50 patients, Willis ring average diameter of the left ACA-A1 significantly higher than the average diameter of the right ACA-A1; Anterior communicating artery aneurysms in patients with ACA-A2 angle was 141.6°±19.79°, the average angle between patients with non-anterior communicating to 113.68°±16.73°;There are nine cases of fetal PCA in 12 caese PCoA-AN patients.Conclusions:1. Brain Willis ring structure can be satisfied three-dimensional reconstruction by application of VR technology, dynamic simulation of surgical approaches and operational, VR surgical planning consistent with intraoperative findings in the real anatomy of aneurysm-related information.2. Different morphological types of cerebral vascular hemodynamic changes caused by aneurysm formation is an important factor; anterior communicating artery aneurysms in patients with ACA-A2 angle significantly larger than non-anterior communicating artery aneurysm AC A-A2 angle, anterior cerebral artery Al advantage sign with the anterior communicating artery aneurysm was significantly positively correlated; Significant correlation exists between posterior communicating artery aneurysms and fetal brain aneurysm formation.3. Through the VR simulation of operation, neurological surgeons can improve three-dimensional structure of the 3d imagination, and help junior doctors get more learning and training under the VR system.
