| Jin Gui Yao Lue is the part about the miscellaneous diseases of Shang Han Za Bing Theory writen by Zhang Zhongjing who is the medical saint. Jin Gui Yao Lue originates traditional Chinese medicine theory and Miscellaneous Diseases organs syndrome differentiation system, and Jin Gui Yao Lue is a book which is one of the Chinese earliest extant theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and Miscellaneous Diseases and the oldest Chinese disease diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous books. Disease diagnosis and treatment of internal injuries miscellaneous achievements writen on Jin Gui Yao Lue are plentiful, but to place importance on harmonizing Spleen and Stomach is one of the greatest characteristics of Zhongjing Miscellaneous Diseases. The first part of the article is about the basic addendum profile of the start-up, formation, improving and perfection of the historical development from the Spleen and Stomach theory. And then from diagnosis, dialectical theory of governance, drug selection, preparation, obey the idea of prevention in terms of Jin Gui Yao Lue in Zhongjing's attention to systematic analysis of the Spleen and Stomach thinking.
