| Objective:1. Through randomized controlled trials to evaluate Simiaoerteng Decoction Damp-heat resistance network model of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) clinical efficacy; 2. Observation of Simiaoerteng Decoction two network-type resistance to moist heat index RA-related laboratory the impact of its mechanism to provide clinical basis for the study.Methods:January 2009～December 2009 and the patients in the Fujian Medical College Second People's Hospital clinics and wards, met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for patients with rheumatoid arthritis in 60 cases, according to a completely random number table sub-for the treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was given Simiaoerteng Decoction + diclofenac treatment group were treated with MTX + diclofenac sodium.3 months for a course of treatment, observation of a course of treatment. Observed before treatment and treatment of patients after 3 months the number of joint tenderness, joint swelling count, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, time of morning stiffness and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor (RF), immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin M (IgM) and other indicators of change, and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine efficacy comparison.Results:1. The overall effect of the disease, the treatment group, markedly effective rate of 80% improvement, with a total effective rate 96.66%; control group, markedly effective rate of 66.67% improvement, the total efficiency of 90%, by statistical comparison, the two groups were significantly different effect of (p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. Syndrome score in improving on the efficiency of the treatment group were 56.67%, with a total effective rate 96.66%; control group, markedly effective rate was 26.67% and the total efficiency of 90%, by statistical comparison, the two groups are significantly different effect (p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2. In the main clinical symptoms, the two groups before and after treatment tender joint count, swollen joint count, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, morning stiffness time, significant differences (p<0.05), after treatment were significantly lower than the treatment the former; and between the two groups the number of joint tenderness, joint swelling count, joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, morning stiffness time to improve the level of comparison, there are significant differences (p<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.3. In the laboratory indicators, the two groups before and after treatment RF, CRP, ESR, IgQ IgA, IgM compared with a significant difference (p<0.05), after treatment were lower than before treatment; and the two sets of inter-RF, CRP, ESR, IgQ IgA, IgM lower levels, no significant difference (p> 0.05).4. Adverse reaction to the course of treatment, the treatment group was observed only 1 case of upper abdominal discomfort, nausea and anorexia 1 case, mild adverse reactions were not observed in liver and kidney damage and other adverse reactions such as leukopenia; the control group observation to 1 case of abdominal pain, three cases of upper abdominal discomfort, nausea and anorexia in 2 cases,1 case of liver dysfunction,1 case abnormal menstruation, after symptomatic improvement after treatment, adhere to medication. There were no serious adverse events.Conclusion:1. heat and humidity resistance network is the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, one of the basic pathogenesis, Qufeng dehumidification, heat-pass network is rheumatoid arthritis, one of the basic rule France; 2. Simiaoerteng Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and effect syndrome score, the number in alleviating joint pain, pain index, tender joint count, tenderness index, swollen joint count, swelling index, morning stiffness, hours, and so effect is significant; 3. Simiaoerteng decoction class the possible mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis:①Anti-inflammatory analgesic, regulate immune;①thrombolytic, improve microcirculation.4.Simiaoerteng Decoction obstruction syndrome Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is safe and effective, should be widely applied.
