Purpose:to analyze changes of blood lipid and hemorheology at different TCM syndrome types of exudative age—related macular degeneration(AMD)with the way of medical statistics and explore the correlations between changes of blood lipid and hemorheology with TCM syndrome types of exudative AMD.Methods:19 patients meeting the inclusion criteria as illness groups, according to syndrome differentiation type, was divided into two syndromes group:phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group, liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome group; 12 cases of the same age group of healthy persons as controls groups, compared disease group and control group, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group and the liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome group of patients with blood lipid, hemorheology.Results:①The disease group and control group:the targets of lipids (total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) There was no difference.Changes of the high-shear whole blood (200/S),whole blood low shear (5/S),hematocrit illness group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the targets of whole blood in the cut (30/S),whole blood low shear (1/S),plasma viscosity,whole blood of high-shear reduced viscosity, whole blood low-shear reduced viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value relatively high shear whole blood viscosity,whole blood relatively low shear viscosity,RBC deformability index between the two groups.②Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group compared with the liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome group:phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group, liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome group of lipids (total cholesterol,triglyceride,,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol), hemorheology changes (high-shear whole blood (200/S), whole blood in the cut (30/S), whole blood low shear (5/S), whole blood low shear (1/S), plasma viscosity, whole blood of high-shear reduced viscosity, whole blood low-shear reduced viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value, relatively high shear whole blood viscosity,whole blood relatively low shear viscosity,RBC deformability index) showed no significant differences in the various (P> 0.05). Conclusion:Exudative age-related macular degeneration had mild correlation with hemorheology. Lipid did not chang.Lipid and hemorheology changes had no association with the syndrome differentiation.
