JingKeJing Treatment Of Children With Pertussis Cough Spasm Syndrome In The Clinical And Clinical Research

Purpose:By observing the JingKeJing treatment of children with pertussis cough spasm syndrome and the efficacy of roxithromycin particles compared to observation of JingKeJing treatment of children with pertussis cough spasm syndrome in the efficacy and safety, so as to promote.Method:120 children of Syndrome in children with pertussis cough spasm were chosen. The treatment group is made up of 80 case, the control group is made up of 40 case. The treatment group:Each oral spasm cough in children are quiet,6 to 12 months per serving 1,1～3 years old per serving 2,4～6 per serving 3, 3 times a day. Control group:treated with Western medicine, children were used for each roxithromycin, according to a daily 4mg/kg, oral twice.10 days as a course of treatment. Observation time for a course of treatment.Result:JingKeJing treatment of children with pertussis cough spasm syndrome in 80 cases (recovery rate is 82.5%),The control group treatment of children with whooping cough syndrome in 40 cases. (recovery rate is 52.5%),after statistics processing,the two has the significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Showed that JingKeJing in improving the spasm cough, sputum-ming, lung auscultation, and other symptoms and positive signs are obviously better than the control group. This study provides the clinical safety, convenience, efficacy with a new type of integrated traditional Chinese medicine preparations, enriched the content of treatment of children with whooping cough syndrome, is worth promoting.
