Red deer antler is one of the best famous chinese medicine and it has many kinds of physiological alive substance. Auriculari-aceae amylose have the physiological function of improving immunity, anti-tumor, lowering serum lipids, lowering serum glucose, antibacterial, anti-virus, anti-thrombin, and so on. So far, the physiological function of extraction from red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae amylose is not reported in China. The red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae were selected as experiment material, and the regulation function of the extraction on serum glucose and serum lipids of diabetic mice induced by Alloxan were disscussed in this study. The results were as follows:(1) The extraction of red deer antler and the compound extraction of red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae amylose all have the regulation function on bite and sup of the mice, and the effect of compound extraction was batter than that of deer antler extraction.(2) The extraction of red deer antler(DE) and the compound extraction of red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae amylose(EC) all have the effect on lowering serum glucose of diabetic mice by way of regulation their insulin, uric acid, liver starch, and maltose enzyme. Contrasted with model control group, the serum glucose of diabetic mice in high dose team were reduced 59.07% and 59.5% by DE and EC respectively.(3) The extraction of red deer antler(DE) and the compound extraction of red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae amylose(EC) all have the effect on lowering TG, TC, and LDL-C, improving HDL-C. Contrasted with model control group, the TG, TC, and LDL-C of diabetic mice in high dose team were reduced 39.77%,18.71%, and 47.83% by DE respectively, but the HDL-C was improved 1.76 times. Contrasted with model control group, the TG, TC, and LDL-C of diabetic mice in high dose team were reduced 44.78%,34.05%, and 63.77% by EC respectively, but the HDL-C was improved 1.95 times. EC had better effect on controling the levels of serum glucose/liquid and correct its lipid metabolism disorder than that of DE.(4) The extraction of red deer antler(DE) and the compound extraction of red deer antler and Auriculari-aceae amylose(EC) all have the effect on improving the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, and lowering the MDA content. The ability on delaying lipid peroxide of EC was better than that of DE.
