This thesis discusses Home Net based on ZigBee and LAN,and realizes a wireless ECG monitoring system with real-time and reliable characteristics.Testing result shows that the system is practical.Firstly, the thesis introduces the development of Home Net and its main business,discusses the significance and the current process of research on wireless ECG monitoring system in Home Net. The thesis also analyzes the features of WIFI, Bluetooth and ZigBee technologies.Secondly, the thesis proposes the architecture of the system, analyzes the components with their interfaces in the system. The thesis also gives the design parameters of each component.Finally, this thesis discusses my main development jobs:The first job is to design a reliable and real-time wireless transmission hardware system. Simulation experiment shows that the system has achieved a desired goal.The thesis proposes the topology of network in detail, then describes the hardware design of ZigBee network based on chip CC2430 and LAN access module based on chip CS8900A, including the design of 2.4G folded dipole antenna, balance and impedance matching of whip antenna, LAN platform based on chip S3C44B0X.The second job is to improve the ECG terminal circuit that has better performance on multi-lead detection, stability and power consumption. And a storage system with good compatibility and high capacity is also realized.The thesis analyzes a problem of existing ECG circuit in multi-lead detection and gives an improved design. To meet the low-power requirement of ECG terminal, both hardware and software technologies are discussed here, and a flowchart of software is given too.This paper also analyzes the structure of FAT 16/32 and implements a file system which supports Micro SD card with more than 2G size and different formats.
