Results: The motality of patients diagnosis in 48h is 12.5%, 49-96h is 16.7%, 97h is 46.7%; the A?B stage of AD patient shows significant differences of the first symptoms and the in cidence of hypotension? shock ? AMI etc. The rate of misdiagnosis is 20.4% in this group. The motality of A stage is higher than B stage. The cure rate of different treatment is 73%?96.1%and 66.6% (P<0.05). Conclusion: There are significant relationship between the time of diagnosed and prognosis, symptoms of AD are complicated and variable; Symptoms of AD are complicated and variable, resulting in a high misdiagnosis rate; The three ways of examine are useful, should be chosen according to the feature of patients.
