Objective:1 To study the relationship between cause,age,D2-4 of menstrual cycle E2,FSH,LH,FSH/LH,T,AMH,INHB levels,Superovulation days,Gn amount,E2 and P levels on day HCG,E2 levels on day ET and the oocyte numbers retrieved,oocyte maturation,fertility rate,embryos,pregnancy outcome, to obtain one or more indicators can predict IVF outcome. 2 By comparing levels of sex hormones,INHB,AMH,FSH/LH in D2-4 of menstrual cycle between poor ovarian response and the normal response group to obtain one or more indicators can predict poor ovarian response.Materials and Methods:Select 141 patients who receiving IVF treatment in Lo Wu Hospital from June 2008 to November 2009 , Compare the relationship between cause,age,D2-4 of menstrual cycle E2,P,FSH,LH,FSH/LH,T,AMH,INHB levels,Superovulation days,Gn amount,E2 and P levels on day HCG,E2 levels on day ET and the oocyte numbers retrieved,oocyte maturation,fertility rate,embryos,pregnancy outcome. Analyze differences in each index between poor ovarian response and the normal response group ,to obtain one or more indicators can predict ovarian reserve and IVF outcome. Divid these patients into PCOS, EMS, ST Group according to the causes of ,Analyze differences among the indexes of different groups.Result:1 The relationship between indexes and indexes reflecting IVF outcome: The forecast on the number of oocytes: FSH, AMH and superovulation days are into the regression equation;The forecast on the egg maturation rate :age and FSH are into the regression equation;The forecast on the embryos :AMH and T are into the regression equation;The forecast on the rate of excellent embryos:age and P on day HCG are into the regression equation;Single predictor for outcome indicators:no index is into the regression equation.2 Comparison related index between poor ovarian response and the normal response group:age,superovulation days,FSH,LH,FHSH/LH,Infertility duration,Gn amount are higher in poor ovarian response group than the normal response group;LH, T,AMH,E2 and P on day HCG,E2 on day ET are lower in poor ovarian response group than the normal response group;3 Comparison related index in different groups : LH, T, AMH, INHB values are higher in PCOS group than the other two groups,FSH/LH is lower than the other two groups;FSH values is higher in EMS group than the other two groups;Gn amount is lower in PCOS group than the other two groups,but oocyte numbers retrieved is higher than EMS group;Conclusion:1 FSH and AMH, age and FSH, AMH and T, age and DayHCG P level can respectively make an accurate prediction to oocytes, egg maturation rate, the number of embryos, excellent embryo rate;2 Age, FSH, AMH has a clear impact on the outcome of IVF-ET,the impact of other indicators was not significant; no indicators can be made independent prediction of the IVF outcome .3 The maturation rate of oocytes, fertilization rate, pregnancy rate of low and normal oocytes groups was no difference. 4 Different diseases may affect different indexes and thus affect Gn amount and the oocyte numbers retrieved;Biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy rate compared with no significant difference between PCOS,EMS,ST group.
