| Objective:To evaluate the clinical research of changed Lichong decoction combined chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. Methods:70 ovarian cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 35 patients were treated with chemotherapy combined changed Lichong decoction and control group treated with simple chemotherapy. The digestive tract reactions of chemotherapy, quality of life, blood flow and platelet membranous glycoprotein were observed before and after treatment. Results:The levels of blood flow,blood plasma, digestive reactions, quality of life as well as the expression of CD62P after treatment were significantly changed in both groups with significant difference as compared with those before treatment (both P<0.05); And comparison between the two groups in the levels of blood flow,blood plasma, digestive reactions,quality of life as well as the expression of CD62P aftertreatment also showed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Lichong decoction combined chemotherapy is effective to alleviate digestive tract adverse reactions, improve quality of life, alter blood flow, and change the expression of platelet membranous glycoprotein, and is importance to resist the recurrence and metastasis of ovarian carcinoma.
