Clinical And Empirical Study Of Li Chong Sheng Sui Decoction Interfere In Ovarian Cancer

Objective:1.To observe the clinical curative effect and the attenuation of chinese herbal drugs after chemotherapy. To initiatory evaluate the safety of the LCSSY drink drug.2. The main study point is to observe the effect of LCSSY on the expression of VEGF and GLUT-1 of Fischer344 rat and explore the mechanism of anti-tumor effects.Method:1. Clinical study:To treat patients of postoperative ovarian cancer by LCSSY and TC chemotherapy.40 patients of ovarian cancer with postoperative chemotherapy are selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group (N=20 each). To assess the clinical efficacy of ovarian cancer patients treated by LCSSY and chemotherapy with the efficacy of Chinese medical symptoms, toxicity and subsidiary reaction, immune functional parameter.Then to initiatory evaluate the safety of LCSSY.2. Empirical study:To creat Fischer344 rat ovarial cancer models by embedding DMBA lines revusion. To detect the inhibition rate of tumor proliferation and the expression of VEGF and GLUT-1.To observe the morphological changes of tumor cells by HE staining.To apply the image analysis system to measure PI.Result:1.To improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms, the total effective rate in treatment group is 85%, and the treatment group was more effective than the control group (P<0.05). Adverse reaction and observe safety index shows that Treatment group WBC, HGB and PLT count and Kidney and bladder reaction conditions have statistical significance compared with controls (P<0.01).The treatment group can prevent diminution of WBC,HGB and PLT,and increasing of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine.2. The LCSSY could repress the growth of the tumor and the inhibition tumor rate was 53.13%. LCSSY can induce the change of the form of ovaries tumor tissues.The organization of malignant change is better differentiated, and visible necrosis partially. Compare with the model group and CTPP group, VEGF and GLUT-1 expression were statistically significant differences. Conclusion:1.LCSSY can prevent the diminution of WBC,HGB and PLT,and the increasing of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine.2. LCSSY can can improve CD3, CD4 and CD8 of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.2.LCSSY could repress the growth of the tumor and the inhibition tumor rate was 53.13%.LCSSY can restrain the expression of VEGF and GLUT-1.
