| Objective:To explore the effect of Fuliufang combined with aspirin on prethrombotic state of ovarian cancer based on the concept of "prevention before disease,of which lead to disease treatment".Methods: 60 cases of ovarian cancer with blood stasis syndrome differentiation determined by calculation were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Fuliufang and aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets alone.The observation period was 3 months.The clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy,platelet(PLT),D-dimer index(D-D),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT)and partial thrombin time(APTT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1.This study suggests that the treatment group can significantly reduce the TCM clinical symptom score of patients,and the total clinical efficacy is 90%.,It was significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of prethrombus status of ovarian cancer,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).2.PLT,D-D,FIB,PT,APTT and other indicators were decreased in both groups,P < 0.05.But the decline degree of indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a significant difference of P < 0.01.Conclusion: 1 The combination of Fuliufang and aspirin enteric-coated tablet can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with prethrombotic ovarian cancer,and the efficacy is significantly better than that of aspirin enteric-coated tablet alone.2 It is suggested that femoral tumor prescription can improve the blood related indicators in the pre-thrombosis state,significantly improve the blood hypercoagulation state of patients,reduce the possibility of thrombosis,and provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome in gynecological malignant tumors. |
