Among The Asthma Mucosal Immunization, Personalizte "Lung Opens Into The Nose"s Theory

Objective: To observe the secretory immunoglobulin-A(SIgA), CD4+, CD8+ lymphocytes, eosinophil cationic protein(ECP), total-immunoglobulin E(T-IgE) in saliva, nasal secretions, sputum and blood of Acute exacerbation of asthma patients and allergic rhinitis, revealing the same pathology personaliztion between the lung and nose in the mucosal immunization, searching the materia found in the lung and nose , Accordingly to provid the theory of"pneumonopathy to cure the nose"and"cure the lung and nose at the same time". Methods: Patients with acute exacerbation of asthma in 82 cases, of which 44 cases of patients with asthma alone, 38 cases of patients with asthma with rhinitis, 30 patients with pure allergic rhinitis and 30 cases of normal group, and get their saliva, sputum, nasal secretion to detected SIgA content through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),collected the blood each 2ml, measured CD4+, CD8+lymphocytes with flow cytometry,fluorescence enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ECP, T-IgE. Results: :1) Compared with normal group, the SIgA in patients'sputum expressed in asthma group, asthma with rhinitis group, allergic rhinitis group lower obviously(P<0.05); and asthma, rhinitis, complications, have no significant difference between each other (P>0.05). 2) the salivary SIgA in the asthma group, combined group decreased than the normal group, but no significant difference (P>0.05). 3) SIgA content in nasal secretions of asthmatic group, the combined group have significant than normal group(P<0.05), 4) the CD4+ levels in the asthma group, combined group, rhinitis group were significantly higher than the normal group, asthma group, combined group than in the normal group was statistically significant (P<0.05), asthma group than in rhinitis group increased(P<0.05),CD8+ in each group no statistical significance(P>0.05),the three groups CD4/CD8 higher than the normal group, asthma group increased than in rhinitis group and the normal group (P<0.05), 5) the T-IgE in each group were significantly higher than the normal group, which combined group,rhinitis group and the normal group were significantly different(P <0.01), 6) three groups were significantly higher than the normal group, there are difference between asthma group and rhinitis group (P <0.05), the combined group was no difference to the asthma group and rhinitis group (P> 0.05). there was a positive correlation between ECP and T-IgE of Asthma group (r = 0.467 P <0.05), combined group and rhinitis group ECP and T-IgE was no correlation. Conclusion: there are certainly association between in lung and nose in the mucosal immunization,and the immune-related media like SIgA,CD4+,CD8+,ECP,T-IgE may be material Found of"lung opens into the nose"s theory, the mucosal immunization is the same pathology personaliztion between the difference situs. Accordingly to interpret the theory of"lung opens into the nose"to do the groundwork,to provid the theory of"pneumonopathy to cure the nose"and"cure the lung and nose at the same time".
