Integrated Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma Attack Of Serum Total IgE Levels

Objective:Integrative Medicine by observing the children with cough variant asthma treatment group and control group before and after treatment IgE levels in serum, and serum IgE levels of asthma and serum IgE levels of CVA in remission and normal serum IgE levels of children, to investigate the serum IgE in the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma and the possible role of cough variant asthma and the mechanism of the main symptoms observed in the medical treatment of the disease cancer.Methods:Select children 30 cases of children with asthma, as asthma, cough variant asthma in 98 patients,68 cases of exacerbation, remission,30 cases were less than 2 years duration, were not using hormone therapy within 4 weeks.30 cases of normal healthy children as normal. Exacerbation of asthma compared CVA group, CVA remission, and normal serum IgE levels of four children. Observed onset of CVA treatment group and control group before and after treatment and serum IgE levels were compared time cough symptoms.Results:(1) CVA Attack of serum IgE levels were significantly higher than those in remission (P<0.05). (2) CVA attack and remission of two groups of serum IgE were significantly higher than the control group (all P<0.01). (3) CVA attack serum IgE levels of asthma compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05). (4) CVA Attack After treatment, serum IgE levels are significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01), two changes of serum IgE levels were significantly different (P<0.05). (5) CVA onset of treatment and control groups in cough symptoms time compared with the significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) CVA Attack of children with IgE levels and IgE levels in children with asthma exacerbation was no significant difference, suggesting that CVA and asthma are closely related to the pathogenesis of the two may be the same. (2) cough variant asthma attack in children with serum IgE levels were significantly higher than those in remission and normal control group, the remission period and the normal control group the difference was significant, suggesting that serum IgE may be associated with cough variant asthma increases with with disease remission and reduction, can be seen for cough variant asthma and the outcome of the development of great significance. (3) CVA onset of the treatment group before and after treatment of serum IgE levels was significant difference (P<0.01), treatment group and control group after treatment, serum IgE changes in the level of significant difference (P<0.05), shows Chinese medicine can CVA in patients allergic to improve the quality, and can reduce airway hyper-responsiveness to allergens and high sensitivity, its effect was better than Western medicine group. (4) CVA Attack of the treatment group and control group patients in clinical time cough symptoms compared with the very significant differences, indicating that the use of traditional Chinese medicine in improving clinical symptoms in patients with CVA than western medicine group.
