| Objective:To puzzle Ning God particle treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (Yinxuyangkang card) and the efficacy and safety for further evaluation and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Clinical study of Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province to collect out-patient cases, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children with a total of 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (72 cases) and control group (24 cases), treatment group:male 59 cases, female 13 cases of. Of which 6-9 years of age accounted for (34 cases),9-14 years of age accounted for (38 cases), with an average age of 8.80±1.66 years; control group:23 cases of men and women in 1 case. Which accounted for 6-9 years of age (9 cases),9-14-year-old accounted for (15 cases), with an average age of 9.38±1.85 years.Both groups were given basic treatment and symptomatic treatment. Group was treated with oral treatment puzzle rather God particle, the control group were given oral treatment Jing-ling oral liquid were observed before and after treatment in children with hyperactivity rocked the two groups, mental state and lax, say more multi-lingual, impatient irritability, dry mouth, etc. Yanzao Yinxuyangkang card symptoms improved conditions and treatment groups efficacy and safety.Results: 1 two pairs of hyperactive restlessness, mental state and lax, say more multi-lingual, impatient irritability, dry mouth, etc. Yinxuyangkang card Yanzao symptoms showed significant improvement.2 for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder effects:study group of clinical control rate was 23.61%, significantly control the rate of 44.44%, with a total effective rate 73.61%; the control group were 16.67%, 45.84%, 66.67% in group the difference was not statistical significance.3 The clinical trials reported no adverse events were not observed in trials of drugs on heart, liver, kidney function, blood system abnormalities affect the adverse reactions. |
