Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Mixture Of Heart Failure Clinical Obserlation

Object:To observe the clinical effect of mixture of heart failure for chronic heart failure (CHF) and to study its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:1.60 patients of CHF coming from the on the patient department and inpatient deptrtment were divided randomly into two groups the control group (only treated with western medicine) and the treatment group (treated with mixture of heart failure as well as western medicine),there were 30 patients in each group.2.Oberserving the symptoms, signs and total effective ratios before and after the treatment, making a statistical disposal and comparing the curatine effects.3.The lewer function and kidney function were examined to judge if the mixture of heart failure had any sid-effects or toxicity Amaving ultrasonic examination on the patients'heart before and after the treatment in order to compare the changes of EF,SV.Results:1.The symptoms and signs of patients of the two groups after treatment were before than those before treatment.compared between the two groups,the significant control rate (37%) and the total effectiwe rate (93.3%) of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (whose significant control rate was 30%,total effectiwe rate was 83.3%) and there was significant difference between them.2.The treatment group improved EF, SV higher than the control group, compared with the control group there was significant difference (P <0.05).3.Difference between the two groups after treatment compared to blood BNP showed no significant difference (P> 0.05).4.Between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group, serum magnesium levels are significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Heart failure patients with mixture of heart failure on efficacy, particularly in the heart palpitations, asthma, aversion to cold, short of urine has a good effect.2.mixture of heart failure can improve symptoms and increase quality of life of patients and improve physical activity in patients.3.The medicinism of mixture of heart failure could be that it increased my ocardial contraction increased cardiac output and put down the contents of BNP in the blood,elevated serum magnesium and in this way it could conducive to the recovery of cardiac contractile function.
