Clinical Studay On Pelvic Endometriosis After Conservative Surgery With Nourishing Kidney Squentially And Activating Blood Circulation

Although endometriosis is a benign lesion, it have abilities of extensively planted,aggressive and have the capacity of distant metastasis like cancer,which lead to chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea,dyspareunia,infertility and other clinical symptoms.It showed a high relapse rate and a low pregnancy rate.Laparoscopy is the best way to diagnosis and treatment,especially for the women with infertility.How to aviod the recurrence and to pregnant as soon as possible is becoming the focus of the study.Purpose:Investigating the postoperative recurrence,pregnancy and other relevant factors in endometriosis patients by nourishing kidney cycle and activating blood circulation.Methods:According to the type of syndrome and the situation of post-operrative medication,it choose 47cases of conservative surgery for medical observation,which are divided in three groups:Stasis with Kidney dificiency group, Stasis with Qi stagnation group and black group.For 3cycles after surgey,6 cycles after surgey,12 cycles after surgey, comparing the recurrence of the disease situation, pregnancy rate, level of gonadal hormone and the indicators of serum CA125 in three groups.Results:The method of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation is a effective way to reduce the recurrence of EMs which are belong to Stasis with Kidney dificiency group.The recurrence rate of Stasis with Kidney dificiency group is 5.9% in 12th cycles after suegey,which is obviously lower than the blank group(p<0.05). The level of gonadal hormone and the indicators of serum CA125 is releated to the the recurrence of EMs.In 3th cycles after suregey,the CA125 level inâ…¢-â…£phase of Stasis with Kidney dificiency group is lower than that in the blank group(p<0.05); In 12th cycles after suregey, the level of of serum CA125 in III-IV phase of Stasis with Kidney dificiency group and it in theâ…¢-â…£degree of Stasis with Qi stagnation group are both lower than the blank group(p<0.05),while after 6 months the gonadal hormone level in Stasis with Kidney dificiency group being lower than Stasis with Qi stagnation group (p<0.05) and blank group(p<0.01).The level of of serum CA125 is releated to the pregnancy rate.By nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation, the level of of serum CA125 is decreased and the pregnancy rate is increased.Conclusion:The method of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation, which decreasing the level of gonadal hormone and the indicators of serum CA125,can reduce the recurrence of EMs and improve environment of reproductive endocrinology.
