Study On The Academic Thought Of Shang HanDaBai

Objective: To systematically sort out the academic thoughts of Shang Han Da Bai,combine relevant literature and famous works,and improve the corresponding system of principles,methods and prescriptions.Compared with Shang Han Lun,this paper explains the development and contribution of Shang Han Lun by Shang Han Lun,and tries to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods: The research method of combining theoretical research with literature research was adopted.In the part of theoretical research,the author’s life,works,syndrome differentiation and treatment system,theoretical thoughts,diagnostic characteristics and treatment characteristics are combed in detail,and the author’s Shang Han Lun written by Zhongjing is referred to and compared with each other to clarify the inheritance and development of Shang Han Lun.In the part of literature research,take CNKI and Wanfang as retrieval databases,sort out the research of Qin Zhizhen’s academic thoughts by physicians of all ages,and improve the detailed system of principles,methods and prescriptions combined with this book.Some famous works such as Qin Changyu,Ye Gui,Wang Mengying,Yao Kecheng and Lu Maoxiu were retrieved as supplements to provide theoretical basis for the relevant clinical experience in Shang Han Da Bai.Results:Qin Zhizhen treats diseases with symptoms as the first,follows the order of treating diseases by causes and pulse,and divides Shang Han Da Bai into three levels: "exterior evil,interior evil and exterior and interior evil".When the onset of disease is emphasized,qi is a disease and pathogenic qi of stomach and fu-organs is blocked.Attach importance to observation and diagnosis of diseases and advocate the combination of pulse diseases;The application of sweating,vomiting and eliminating is played in the treatment method,and it is considered that sweating method should distinguish between north and south,divide up and down,emphasize lung and stomach,and inject degree;The vomiting method should first take medicine according to the cause of stagnation,and then explore vomiting with bird feathers;The elimination method is specially designed for food stagnation,and points out the principle of gastrointestinal division and treatment that "the stomach should be warm and the intestines should be cold".It is pointed out that the circulation and existence of body fluid is of great significance to life activities,and the application of sweating,vomiting and descending methods that damage body fluid is particularly cautious.The strong stomach qi is often taken as the condition for the disease to heal.During and after the disease,the stomach qi is taken care of by reducing diet and fasting cold,greasy and spicy things.In the application of prescriptions,it is good to change in three dosage forms: pill,powder and soup to adapt to different conditions;Make good use of fruit juice dietotherapy to treat the syndrome of complex pathogenesis and dryness and heat;Be good at guiding according to the situation,skillfully using drugs,and the quality of drugs conforms to the trend of diseases;Be good at integrating personal treatment into clinical practice,such as external treatment of sore throat,dredging channels and relieving pain,and treating summer heat with both cold and warm.The contribution to Shang Han Lun includes the unprepared treatment in the supplementary notes;Be good at analyzing prescriptions from two aspects: prescription name and composition;Can understand and flexibly add and subtract from the compatibility of classical prescriptions;The disease name of "eating " Shang Han Da Bai is added to the disease,and the treatment of exterior and interior is advocated;Supplemented the pathogenesis of "dry epidemic and wet epidemic" and advocated publishing as the main treatment;Identify with "new warm diseases" and advocate two treatments: cool and pungent;The treatment of combined diseases advocates paying equal attention to menstrual diseases.Conclusions:(1)This paper systematically sorts out the academic thoughts of Shang Han Da Bai,summarizes the author’s life,works,textual research of editions,syndrome differentiation and treatment system,understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,three-point method of typhoid disease location,emphasis on body fluid view,diagnosis characteristics,medication characteristics and other academic thoughts,improves the corresponding system of principles,methods,prescriptions and medicines,and contributes to clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.(2)Qin Zhizhen attaches importance to stomach qi.In the pathogenesis,it is considered that the blockage of pathogenic factors in the stomach can cause seven pathological changes:meridian correlation,incomprehension of exterior pathogenic factors,loss of yang-qi distribution,unfavorable urination,disorder of consciousness,impassability of qi activity,and spleen and stomach disease;In terms of treatment,it is believed that "the stomach should be warm and should not be cold";In the aspect of nursing care,it is believed that hyperphagia,cold,greasy and spicy food should be avoided during and after illness;When understanding diseases,we should pay attention to the influence of stomach qi on the treatment of diseases,such as "sweating must get stomach yang compress".It reveals the way of regulating stomach qi and the significance of stomach qi in the occurrence,treatment and prognosis of diseases.(3)Qin Zhizhen has rich experience in treating food stagnation.In the aspect of "distinguishing food stagnation",it is pointed out that food stagnation can have the performance of tongue coating with thorns,turbid urine yellow and red,and slippery pulse;It is pointed out that food stagnation is easy to turn heat,and after turning heat,there are dry lips,delirium,thirst,water elimination,slippery pulse and heavy sinking;In the aspect of "treating food stagnation",it is pointed out that the stomach and intestines should be treated separately.Food stagnation in the stomach is not suitable for cold medicine to hurt the stomach.From the beginning of food stagnation,vomiting method can be used first,and then Baohe powder for digestion can be given.If the disease is urgent,change the powder into decoction to quickly eliminate food stagnation;If it turns hot for a long time,take bamboo juice and radish juice,and take the meaning of "pungent but not dry,moist but not condensed".Food stagnation in the intestines can conform to the nature of conduction,and can quickly eliminate food stagnation with cold herbs.(4)Contribute to the development of Shang Han Lun.it is found that Qin Zhizhen made some supplements in the treatment of articles,analyzed enlightenment and exerted the application of classical prescriptions,and improved the pathogenesis and treatment of Shang Han Da Bai,warm diseases,epidemic diseases and combined diseases.
