The supply of rural public health, particularly in the less developed regions the supply of rural public health system is established for social transformation in China, period, with considerable urgency and necessity, for agricultural production, peasant life and the sustainable development of rural areas significance.This article in accordance with the question-Analysis of problems-the basic research to solve problems logically, from the less developed areas of China the status of the supply of rural public health to start, more in-depth study of the restricted supply of rural public health based on many factors, proposed improve public health in underdeveloped rural areas the supply of a number of recommendations.The basic idea and content of this structure is scheduled as follows:First, the topics of this article outlined the background and significance, comprehensive, and reviews the status of domestic and international issues related to the research, briefly summarized the main contents of this frame and method. Then, the meaning of rural public health products and features were explained on the theory of public goods, public choice theory, public service theory and the principal-agent theory and other theories were also discussed. Followed by analysis of the current public health education in underdeveloped rural areas the supply situation, problems, and the causes and conduct a more in-depth analysis. Meanwhile, the introduction of the developed countries and developed areas in the supply of rural public health, the basic approach and summary of their experiences and learn from. Finally, in the less developed rural regions of China Public Health Problems and causes of supply based on the analysis, reveal and define the government's functions and the relationship between public goods, proposed to build in Less Developed Areas of Public Health Supply System and recommendations.
