| Purposes:Observate the clinical efficacy of OSSTEM implant system used in orthodontic embedded teeth transplant therapy, and confirm the reliability,to explore an effective manner to simplify the complexity of dental orthodontic treatment.Method:Randomly selected 24 patients with 26 cases of orthodontic referral tooth cases, aged 11 to 18 years with an average age of 13.5; 17cases of males and 9 females.19 cases of cases of maxillary canine,1 maxillary first premolar,6 mandibular first premolar. All the patients canot teethe normally, and after clinical examination, X-ray and model of measurement and analysis, embedded teeth canot be corrected by guide-erupt operation, or impacted teeth canot be directed to normal position by guide-erupt operation.OSSTEM cultivation system are now used to these orthodontic teeth. Clinical observat of curative effect, add the orthodontic force after 3 months, postoperative follow-up for two years.Results:The patients have mild postoperative swelling and pain, through the anti-inflammatory treatment, ease approximately 3 days after surgery, gums are almost healed 7 days after take out stitches, loose-degree of post-transplant teeth are< I°.removed fixtures are after for 1 month; after 3 months of operation patients with no discomfort, no bite pain and spontaneous pain, no loose teeth transplants, healing gums in good condition; X-ray examination with a good root and surrounding tissues; Orthodontic force can be added 3 months after operation; after 9 months of operation transplanted teeth were sensitive to orthodontic force, and tracked for two years, transplant-free loose tooth.Conclusions:Use preparation of bone tools of OSSTEM cultivation system in orthodontic tooth bone transplant surgery, can effectively improve their success rate, provide a more ideal way to simplify the complexity of orthodontic treatment of teeth, and broadening the adaptation of orthodontic treatment card. |
