Double hips are to be involved in 88 percent (68.2 percent is symmetry in the degree of stenosis).②change of the bone in articular facet:26 hips are involved(88.5 percent hips are at the back of the femoral head).③destruction of bone in or through articular facet:364 destructions of 70 hips are involved. 51.1 percent of which involved cupula of acetabulum.④osteosclerosis of ortharticular surface:20 osteosclerosis of 15 hips are demonstrated (posterior lip of the acetabulium is about 80 percent).⑤hernia of synovial femoral attachment involved 36 hips.⑥marginal osteophyma of osteal articulus:44 hips are involved (anterior lip of the acetabulium is about 75 percent).⑦pneumatosis of articular cavity is 1.2 percent.⑧arthroedema is 51.9 percent.⑨hyperblastosis of granulation tissue in articular cavity is 17.3 percent.⑩ossification of articular cavity is 6.2 percent.(11) corpus liberum in articular cavity is 1.2 percent.(12) hyperostosis of away from articular surface is demonstrated in 29 hips (greater trochanter of femur is 69 percent).(13) osteosclerosis of away from articular surface is involved in 6 hips (which is 7.4 percent). (14) destruction of bone away from articular surface involved 40 hips(between collum femoris and lesser trochanter of femur is 40 percent).(15)osteoporosis is 19.8 percent.Conclusion:The hip radiologic feature of AS is not only the important part during the diagnostic of AS,but also it which significantly judgment the prognostic accordanced with.
