Objective:Through dynamicly observering renal sonography changes of a variety of acute poisoning patients, analyze the consistency with the degree of clinical kidney damage and the prognosis of clinical significance.,as well as the relation with routine urine test and renal function test results.Discusse the value of ultrasound examination to analyz linical kidney damage in acute poisoning patients and treatment and prognosis of clinical significance.Methods:Stochastically obtain the each kind of acute poisoning patient. Then Use bedside ultrasonography to examine dynamicly the patients with acute poisoning,including the volume of bilateral kidney size, shape, substance echoes, cortical thickness, renal cone size and renal perfusion, and to measure levels of renal hemodynamic changes of blood vessels, as well as bilateral renal aortic diameter.Then we can calculate the renal blood flow through the formula. We record the relevant laboratory indicators simultaneously. At the same time randomly access the normal control group,with the corresponding information. Then, the poisoning patients were compared with control group and thereself.Results:1st, The indication in the kidney damage of Ultrasound of two-dimensional and Doppler inspecting according to the actual situation of the kidney damage. Varying types and degrees of poisoning can cause different performance of ultrasound.2nd,Certain indexes of two-dimensional and Doppler supersonic inspects such as renal echo and RI are sensitive and steady,but changes of some target such as kidney blood stream quantity are big.Many kinds of factor can influence them.3rd, Appearance of certain morphology and functionality indicators such as renal echo and RI of ultruasound may be earlier than certain related biochemical parameters,such as kidney function.And the damage situation have no significant statistical difference in bilateral kidneys.4th, Acoustic image change and recovery of clinical symptoms and indicators are significantly associated after treatment, but the complete restoreing of the supersonic acoustic image is later than the clinical symptom and some chemical examinationConclusion:Dynamicly Supersonic check may prompt the harm of acute toxicant patient kidney in the morphology and functionalityin in time.It is especially sensitive in the slight and partial kidney harm. So can be used as a better early assessment of renal damage and as a good way to prognosising treatment effect...
