Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum RBP and Scysc in the renal injury indicators of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods: 50 cases of acute paraquat poisoning were collected from The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. Oral paraquat concentrate more than 10 ml, commit to within 24 hours after the hospital patients, the usual body health, no major disease. Patients with survival 3 weeks for survival. We gathered 5 ml blood of poisoning patients on the 1 st,3 rd,5 th,7th,14 th,21 st and after one month of the poisoning, then the levels of serum BUN,Scr,RBP and Scysc were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer and pathologica.20 healthy volunteers were selected as normal control. According to different paraquat poisoning patients blood concentrations are grouped, detection and analysis of SCr poisoning patients, BUN and RBP, ScysC levels, explore RBP of renal damage in patients with paraquat poisoning, ScysC early diagnosis significance. Results: Paraquat poisoning can cause different degree of kidney damage. In 1, 3, 5, and 7 days of poisoning, serum RBP, Scys C, SCr and BUN content is dynamic, 14 days has decreased. In 21 days of poisoning, 32 cases of survivors in 26 cases of renal function indexes fell to the normal range, 29 cases dropped to normal range after 1 month, paraquat poisoning caused by kidney damage is reversible.Reducing each SCr, BUN, and the first days, 0 to 5 mg/L group of RBP, Scys C and normal control group no significant difference. 5-10 mg/L group and > 10 mg/L of RBP, Scys C were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant. Within the hospital on the first day 5-10 mg/L group of RBP, Scys C, SCr and BUN of anomaly detection rate were 85%, 71%, 7%, 71%, and > 10 mg/L group of RBP, Scys C, SCr and BUN of anomaly detection rate of 89%, 100%, 89% and 100% respectively. Two groups of RBP, Scys C anomaly detection rate were significantly higher than that of SCr and BUN anomaly detection rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: RBP and Scysc are sensitive indicators at early stage in paraquat poisoning patients, which have significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of paraquat poisoning patients.
