The Research And Related Factors Of Serum Protein And Blood Sugar Of Healthy Crowd In Hunan Province

Objective:To establish the reference interval of serum total protein (TP), serum albumin (ALB), A/G ratio and fasting blood glucose (FBG) and discuss the different factors for its impact within healthy crowd in Hunan area.Methods:Based on Changsha, Youxian county, Luxi county three areas in Hunan ranging from second take stratified cluster sampling probability principle, 12300 individual randomly healthy questionnaire survey and basic inspection, The healthy individuals initially identified as double sampling, a total of 4543 met the inclusion criteria, Be measured serum total protein, serum albumin, A/G ratio, and fasting blood glucose. According to the general classification of China's population information research, and referencing the age staging of the world health organization, they were divided into:children and adolescents (7 to 18 years), young adults (19 to 44 years), middle-aged (45 to 59 years), elderly (60～, physical constants statistics for 60 to 80 years). Analyzing different age, gender, and the other factors on serum total protein, albumin, A/G ratio and fasting blood glucose. Using Olympus 2700 automatic analyzer, serum total protein (TP) determination for the biuret method,,serum albumin (ALB) determination for bromine cresol green method, according to kit instructions. Calculated globulin (GLB) concentration (GLB=TP-ALB) and A/G=ALB/GLB). Fasting blood glucose (FBG) by enzymatic oxidation, the data use statistical software SPSS 15.0 statistical analysis, Normal distribution with the D test method. Compared age, gender, urban and rural areas with two sample mean t test, The overall reference range from mean±standard deviation.Result:The 95% reference interval of serum total protein (TP), serum albumin (ALB),A/G ratio and FBG within healthy crowd in Hunan area are 66.51～82.85g/L,43.09～50.19g/L,1.05～2.19 and 3.68～6.62mmol/L respectively. The TP values increases slightly with age increased, middle-aged to the peak, then reduced with increased age.In all age groups, women are higher than men (P<0.05); ALB increases slightly with increased age, reached the peak in young adults, and then reduced, ALB values in men were higher than women in children and adolescents(P＜0.05),but no difference between middle-aged group and elderly group. There were differences of the changes of A/G ratio with age, A/G ratio increased slightly with increased age, A/G ratio increases slightly with increased age, yong adults to the peak, and then reduced with increased age, In all age groups, A/G ratio in men are higher than that in women (P<0.05); Fasting blood glucose values increased gradually with increased age, In the elderly group maintained at high level; In the same age groups, there are no significant differences between men and women; The prevalence of diabetes increased gradually with increased age, in the middle age groups increased most significantly, In the elderly group maintained at high level; The positive rate of IFG increased gradually with increased age, there were significantly differences in all age groups. There are differences between the reference values of TP, ALB within healthy crowd in Hunan province and the other areas in China.Conclusion:The 95% reference interval of serum total protein (TP), serum albumin (ALB),A/G ratio and FBG within healthy crowd in Hunan area are 66.51～82.85g/L,43.09～50.19g/L,1.05～2.19 and 3.68～6.62mmol/L respectively. There were age and gender differences about TP,ALB,A/G ratio within healthy crowd in Hunan area. There were differences about age in fasting blood glucose. There were ages differences in diabetes and IFG There were slight differences between Hunan province and the other provinces with the nation about the reference values of TP, ALB, A/G ratio within healthy crowd.
