Objective:To investigate the contents of serum cytokine interleukin-1beta(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)inpatients with chronic heart failure(CHF)。And the relationship betweenthe serum cytokine and the severity of congestive heart failure.Methods76patients with chronic heart failure in Cardiology of QinghaiUniversity Affiliated Hospital from March2011to December2011wereenrolled as patients group.NYHA cardiac functional grading were evaluatedin CHF patients(17with NHYA class II、39with NHYA class Ⅲ and20withCHF class IV).30healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group,The age and sex no significant difference between two groups.Venous bloods were take from both groups to determine their contents ofserum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6,their serum contents were comparedstatistically between the CHF patients with various degree, between CHFgroup and the controls, and between CHF patients before and aftertreatment. All the data using SPSS version17.0software statistical analysis.P<0.05have statistical significance. ResultsThe contents of serum cytokine TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6in patients groups aresignificantly higher than those in control groups(P<0.01). The contentsof serum TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6in patients group are significantly differentamong the group of different classification of cardiac functio(P<0.05或P<0.01).The contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6in CHF patients aremarkedly higher then those in patients after two weeks treatment(P<0.01).ConclusionThere are significant correlation between the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6and the severity in patients with chronic heart failure.Thedetermination of serum TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6contributes to judging theseverity of CHF.
