Expressions Of Survivin And HIF-1 In Breast Cancer And Their Clinical Significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible fector-1 (HIF-1), survivin and the significance in breast cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was employed to determine the expressions of survivivn and HIF-1 in 60 breast carcinomas and 20 fibro-adenomas.Results:1. Survivin and HIF-1 were overexpressed inbreast cancer compared with fibro-adenomas. P<0.05; 2. The expression of survivin had Close relation to Organization graduation and histology grading metastasized axillary lymph nodes; 3. The expression of HIF-1 had Close relation to Clinical by stages,Organization graduation and histology grading metastasized axillary lymph nodes; 4. The expression of HIF-1 showed a positive correlation with survivin.Conclusion:1. Survivin and HIF-1 were overexpressed inbreast cancer; 2. The expression of survivin had Close relation to Organization graduation and histology grading metastasized axillary lymph nodes; 3. The expression of HIF-1 had Close relation to Clinical by stages,Organization graduation and histology grading metastasized axillary lymph nodes; 4. The expression of HIF-1 showed a positive correlation with survivin.
