Effect Of Different Perfusion On Biliary Tract Cell Of Rats Donor Liver In Liver Transplatation

Objiective To explore the effect of preservation through hapetic artery and washing biliary tract on biliary tract cell of rats donor liver in cold preservation. Methods with portal vein of donor liver perfused through by UW solution in every group,perfuse through hapetic artery and wash biliary tract by different method,and then observe the change of biliary tract cell on different time in the cold preservation.Result There were no obvious changes under different light microscope after 3 hours in cold preservation.After 6 hours in cold preservation,with portal vein and hapetic artery of donor liver of rats perfused through by UW solution,two groups biliary tract cell which perfused by UW solution and Ringer's solution changed mostly less than other groups,and there was no obvious difference between them.After 12 hours in the cold preservation,the change of the group whose portal vein and hapetic artery perfused through by UW solution and biliary tract washed by UW solution was less. Conclusion perfusing hapetic artery and washing biliary tract benefit the preservation of biliary tract.In 6 hours if you can clear choline or lower the density of choline,you can get the same effect.With the cold preservation lasting.We can get better effect of preservation of biliary tract cell when washing biliary tract by UW solution.
