objective:to study the correlateion between hs-CRP and the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plagues。Methods:82 patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarton were investigated。The levels of hs-CRP were measured by ultra-sensitive imunnoassay, the plague echogenicity were evaluated bilatertally with a 7-12 MHz linear array transducer。According to the findings of carotid ultrasonography, all patients were divided into 3 groups:no-plague group, stable plague group and unstable plague group。Results:There was statistically significant difference between hs-CRP≥3mg/L group and the hs-CRP<3mg/L group in carotid untable plaque incidence;there was significant difference in the levels of serum hs-CRP levels between unstable plague group and the other two plague groups。Conclusions:The elevation of hs-CRP level can predict the unstability of carotid atherosclerosis plague in acute anterior circulation cerebral infarton patients。...
