Objective:By studying the role of tPA,PAI-1mRNA in Flammatory Metrorrhagia of Macoco Mulatta and the influence of two kinds of active compenents from Panax Notoginseng on them,discuss the mechanism of action in HuaYuZhiXue of Panax Notoginseng,and give help for clinical Therepy of inflammatory metrorrhagia.Methods:Eleven normal menorrhea adult Macoco Mulatta are choosed as research oject,which are divided into four model group.four TCM group and three normal control group at random.The hybridization in situ was performed to estimate the express of PAI-1mRNA in the endometrium of model group, TCM group and normal control group,while spectrophotometric assay was performed to estimate the tPA activity in three groups. Results:The PAI-1mRNA expression in endometrum of TCM group was higher than that of model group(P<0.05),and wasof no difference with normal control group.The tPA activity in endometrum of TCM group was significantly decreased than that of model group, and wax of no difference with normal group.Concluaions:All above suggested that The increase of tPA activity may have relation to inflammatory Metrorrhagira,and two kinds of active components from Panax Notoginseng reduce inflammatory Metrorrhagia by regulating balance of tPA and PAI-1.
