Objective:To explore the influence of Compound Components of Sanchi on NO and iNOS on Inflammatory Metrorrhagia Model of Rhesus Monkeys. Methods:Eleven normal menorrhea adult Rhesus monkeys were choosed as research object, and were divided into TCM group(four), model group(four) and control group(three) at random.Inject the mixed bacteria including colibacillus, staphylococcus aureus and streptobacillus in the proportion of 1:1:3.Four days' later, uterine secretion to indicate there was bacteria growing in the uterus and then observered the menstruation change.Bred with compound components of sanchi to the TCM group for three menstrual cycles' therapy.Cut all rhesus monkey's uterus within 24 hours prior to the fourth menstrual cycle.Colorimetric method were performed to estimate the activity of NO and iNOS of model group,TCM group and control group, the immunohistochemical S-p were performed to estimate the express level of iNOS in the endometrium of the three groups.Result:Compared to the model group, the activity of NO and iNOS and the express level of iNOS in the endometrium of TCM group was obviously weaker(p<0.01),which are similar to that of the control group (p>0.05).Conclusion:All above suggested that NO may be involved in the pathogenesis of inflammatory Metrorrhagia. Two kinds of active components from Sanchi reduce inflammatory Methrorragia by regulating the activities of NO and iNOS and the express level of iNOS in the endomrtrium.
