Autism is also called Infantile Autism, which was discovered and affirmed clinically pediatricians in the 1940s. Autism is a kind of mental developmental disorder which happens in the period of early childhood. Autism has a great influence on children's natural physical and mental development. To most of the children, this kind of handicap lasts till their adult phase. Till now, the study of the cause of Autism is still in the exploration stage. Scientists have approved that, however, Autism is not Psychosis or Amentia but social communication dystropy led by genetous suffer of a certain part of the brain.From the medical physiological point of view, there has been no differential indication to make a diagnosis for Autism all the time. People can only make a judgment from the study and the observation of the bizarre behavior of the autistics. In recent years, besides the study of gene, the electrophysiological study of Autism is becoming wider and more embedded. Plenty of research proved that, according to the characteristic symptoms of Autism, various anatomy-based formative and functional models have been raised. Of those, the viewpoint of neural synchronization dystrophy which is based on the theory of"neuronal minicolumn"attracts more and more researchers'attention.This article is based on the theory of"neuronal minicolumn", working with the experiment of visual illusion and Kanizsa illusive figure to explore the situation of gamma frequency oscillation synchronization between the average group and the group of autistics. At the same time, this article analyses and compares the ERPs between the group of autistics and the average group by using the oddball paradigm experiments in ERPs between the two groups. And moreover, a scatheless rehabilitation maneuver- rTMS- will be put forward in the experiment. The rehabilitation efficacy of rTMS will be discussed as well, according to the contrast experiments of pre and post treatment for the tested autistics group.According to the result of the experiments, in a special visual stimulation, the abnormity of gamma frequency oscillation synchronization does exist in the autistics'EEG. Meanwhile, the visual experiment of oddball paradigm also shows that there are some componential differences of ERPs between the group of autistics and the average group. The conclusion drawn in this article partly verifies some hypothesis in the previous study. Furthermore, the conclusion approves the model theory of"neuronal minicolumn". As an expansion, it makes a confirmation on the curative effects of rTMS fundamentally.
