| The chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is one kind of common complications of the masculine diabetic, because under urine symptoms and so on road's stimulation symptom, partial reflective ache symptom and natural function barrier, serious influence masculine diabetic's quality of life.[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the Clinical of the Traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema treatment of diabetic patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods: Select 100 diaetic patients with chronic prostatitis. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 patients were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema based on the insulin to control blood sugar .50 patients were treated with the oral Bullock On-chip based on the insulin to control blood sugar, 2 group patients were observed in change of before and after treatment of the blood sugar, liver and kidney function, prostate fluid routine examination and other Clinical symptoms. Results: There were no significant differences (P> 0.05 ) before and after treatment for blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), fasting plasma glucose (FPG)of the 2 groups patients; there were significan difference(p <0.05)in the Clinical between 2 groups patients. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema treated of diabetic patients with chronic non-bacterial Prostatitis no liver damage, no effect on blood sugar, the clinical cure rate was high, simple, inexpensive easy for patients to accept...
