| Objective and methods:Hyperlipidemia(HLP) is not only the major factors of the atherosclerosis, but also the main pathology basis on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. It was paid closed attention to prevention and treatment of HLP all over the world,and it was significant features and advantages to take advantage of traditional chinese medicine with preventing and treating HLP, the main method and means were also differentiation of symptoms and signs,Therefore,it was very important to study the traditional chinese medicine syndromes.On basis of traditional chinese medicine syndromes literature of HLP and clinical epidemiological studies,it was showed that through the questionnaire including right clinical patient data of Guangdong's multilateral hospital with the help of traditional differentiation of symptoms and signs,factor analysis combined clustering analysis and clustering analysis combined logistic regression,and it was compared to analize with traditional differentiation of symptoms results. Meanwhile,it was relitively analized concerning on age,BMI,waist circumference,lipid classification and lipid level with in different research centers,and distribution of various complications on traditional differentiation of symptoms and signs.Results:I. It was showed that there were 38 categories common symptom and 19 species Tongue and Pulse; It was reported that there were as many as 25 syndromes,and the total frequency was 497 times.The exceed 40 frequencies was 3 syndromes in which the frequencies of the Intermingled phlegm plus blood stasis uped to 114 times, accounting for 22.93%, followed by Yin deficiency of liver and kidney 59 times, accounting for 11.87%, stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen of 43 times, accounting for 8.65%; We got 7 factors disease-bit and 12 syndrome factors by traditional chinese medicine syndromes extracted.Liver in location syndromes factor was the largest propotion,accounting for34.80%.II.The traditinal chinese medicine syndromes results:1).The syndromes distribution about HLP on TCM were divided into 11 groups:deficiency of the spleen Qi,deficiency of the kindey Qi,stagnation of the liver Qi,exuberance of the liver Yang,deficiency of the heart Qi, stagnation of the Qi, Turbid phlegm , Blood stasis,deficiency of the Yang,calor internus.2).It was obtained 8 kinds of compound syndromes including stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen,deficiency Yin of liver and kidney, deficiency of the spleen and kidney,deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,and the largest proportion of stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen was 35.44%,in addition,the proportion of the stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen was larger in hypercholesterolemia group, hypertriglyceridemia group, combined hyperlipidemia group, and low high-density lipoprotein hyperlipidemia group, and the average level of total cholesterol was higher than Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang and others(P<0.05).3).TheTCM syndromes distribution of HLP in different organs showed that the "liver" was for the disease places the largest proportion of related syndromes,to 61.39%; the sydromes types were stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen, deficiency Yin of liver and kidney and deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang .The study was showed that HLP syndromes on TCM found in various research centers and combined with different metabolic diseases were no significant differences in the distribution(P> 0.05).4). The deficiency syndromes (stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and Yin deficiency of liver and kidney) in each age group (26-35,36 -45,46 - 55,56-65,66-) ratio were 24%,58.2 %, 71.2%, 73.0%,74.6%,indicating the formation TCM deficiency syndromes of HLP may be related to age ; The intermingled phlegm and blood stasis in the 26 to 35 age group was accounted for 60%(P<0.01, it was very significantly higher than other age groups ; The stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of the spleen goup,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney group, The intermingled phlegm and blood stasis group were significantly higher than Yin defiiency of liver and kidney group on BMI mean, and it was statistically significant (P <0.01); The waist level of defiiency Yin of liver and kidney group was significantly lower than the other groups (P <0.01).III. 16 common factors were determined by factor analysis, and obtained their syndrome elements,in which deficiency of kidney Qi and phlegm were selected the first and second factors; and got 6 kinds of syndromes with clustering analysis named deficiency Yin of liver and kindey , the stagnation of liver Qi with deficiency of spleen,intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency Yang of spleen and kindey, heart vessels obstruction syndrome, deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang.IV. There were 6 kinds of traditional chinese medicine syndromes including intermingled phlegm and blood stasis and deficiency of kindey Qi,stagnation of Qi plus blood stasis,deficiency Yin of liver and kindey, deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang,the stagnation of liver Qi with deficiency of spleen ,deficiency Yang of spleen and kindey with the help of clustering analysis combined Logistic regression .V. The diagnosis results were consistent with that the factor analysis combined clustering analysis and traditional methods were 220 cases, accounting for 69.62%; The results of between clustering analysis combined logistic regression and the traditional methods were consistent with the syndrome diagnosed 241 cases, accounting for 76.27%; Three kinds of diagnostic results the same were 198 cases, accounting for 62.66%; The traditional chinese medcine syndromes contained stragnation of liver Qi with deficiency of spleen, deficiency Yin of liver and kindey, Intermingled phlegm plus blood stasis, deficiency Yang of spleen and kindey, deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang were accounted for 88.29%,89.87%, 83.23% in three kinds of diagnostic methods.Conclusions:I. It was showed that the HLP syndromes could be stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of spleen,deficiency Yin of the liver and kidney, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,deficiency Yang of spleen and kidney, deficiency of Yin and exuberance of Yang .II. The survey were showed that it was no significant differences with HLP Syndromes in different Research Centers at the different distribution of joint disease. The Intermingled phlegm plus blood stasis was negatively correlated with age.The stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of spleen and total cholesterol level was positively correlated;BMI was positively correlated with stagnation of liver Qi with dificiency of spleen, deficiency Yang of spleen and kindey and Intermingled phlegm plus blood stasis; BMI and waist circumference were negatively correlated with deficiency Yin of liver and kindey.III. "Liver" was the incidence of hyperlipidemia of the most important organs, The core link was liver dysfunction for the HLP; Qi deficiency and phlegm were the most important comorhidity syndromes factor.
