Objective:To study the correlationship between Th1/Th2 drift in blood and characteristic of coronary lesions, and provide the clinical basis for introducing the Th1/Th2 drift to the micro-differentiation of Deficiency syndrome & Sufficiency syndrome of xiongbi in TCM. Methods:All patients in the study, including 22 cases with UA, 11 cases with AMI,6 cases with X syndrome, 6 cases with OMI, underwent PCI. During PCI, we can evaluate the characteristic of coronary lesions by Gensini integral and count the number of coronary arteries with plaque and make TCM syndrome differentiations. In additional, healthy control group consists 20 cases. All the patients included in the research detected the level of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 in the serum by ELISA. Meanwhile, we classified the patients who went through PCI according to TCM syndrome differentiations. Results:(1)The level of IFN-γ, IL-2 in the UA group, AMI group and OMI group are all significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). And there is a trend of IFN-γ: AMI group >UA group > OMI group. The level of IL-2 is almost similar in AMI group, UA group and OMI group, but the level of IL-2 in AMI group is still higher than UA group. However, there is no significant difference in the level of IL-4 and IL-10 in each group. (2)The level of IFN-γ, IL-2 in ACS is significant positive related to the level of Gensini integral; but the level of IL-4 and IL-10 is negative related to the level of Gensini integral. (3)By analyzing the relationship between the number of coronary artery difference between the group of one coronary artery with plaque and the group of two coronary arteries with plaque is higher than the groups of one and two coronary arteries with plaque (P<0.05). The level of IL-4 and IL-10 is similar in the group of two coronary arteries with plaque and the group of three coronary arteries with plaque (P>0.05), but the level in the group of one coronary arteries with plaque is higher than the groups of two and three coronary arteries with plaque (P<0.05).(4)In the analysis of relationship between cell factors and TCM syndrome differentiations, we found that the level of IFN-γ, IL-2 and Gensini integral in the Sufficiency syndrome was significant higher than that in the Deficiency syndrome(P<0.05). Conclusion:The increased level of IFN-γand IL-2 is not only a predisposition of ACS, but also an aggravating factors to the plaque of coronary artery. The increased level of IFN-γand IL-2 can also be used as indicators of the Sufficiency syndrome.
