Building Strategy Of Hospital Electronic Medical Records Based On Balance Of Information Ecosystem In China

With the in-depth development of China's information construction, people gradually recognized that information technology should be "one-third of technology, seven management, and twelfth of the data", Health information resource sharing plays an significant role in medical service quality improvement. Therefore, the development of medical information technology in china now goes into a new stage of establishment of patients electronic medical records. To explore the new trend of electronic medical records (EMR) and hospital information construction, this paper analyzes information from the perspective of the ecosystem of Balance, in order to provide a reference for the relevant theoretical research and medical practice.This reference research results have been taken in reference tracking and case analysis, building strategy of hospital electronic medical records based on balance of information ecosystem in China.
