Objective To study the relationship between aortic valve calcification and severity coronary heart diseaseMethods:232 cases with coronary angiography hospitalized in the Qinghai province people's hospital cardiologist from September ,2008 to February,2011 were collected. All cases were done heart color dopplar ultrasound examination. The medical history of gender , age, smoking, High blood pressure, high blood fat, diabetes. According to heart color dopplar ultrasound examination, rheumatic heart disease, myocardial disease ,connective tissue disease ,deformity aortic stenosis or aortic regurgitation, artificial valve replacement ,and various kinds of congenital heart disease were excluded. According to the results of coronary abgidgraphy, 232 cases were divided into CHD group(69 cases) and non-CHD group(164 cases) . The compared the difference of clinical indicator between the two groups. The extent and severity of angiographic CHD was diagnosed by:the number of diseased vessels ( single-vessel,double-vessle,multiple-vessel); The CHD Gensini cumulative index (high integration of Gensini,low integration of Gensini), The CHD SYNTAX cumulative index(high integration of SYNTAX,medium integration of SYNTAX and low integration of SYNTAX) .According to integration of the number of diseased vessels,integration of Gensini,integration of SYNTAX,to evaluate correlation between AVC and severity of angiographic. With binary logistic regression analysis to CHD, to evaluate whether AVC is an independent risk factor of CHD or not.Results:1,AVC occurrence rate of CHD was significantly higher than no-CHD, (20.8% VS 2.9%,P<0.05). 2,The analysis between AVC and the extent and severity of angiographic coronary artery disease:â‘ AVC occurrence rate was respectively 17.6%,32.5%,27.3% in single-vessel,double-vessle,multiple-vessel. And the difference was significant,P<0.05.â‘¡AVC occurrence rate was respectively 15.6%,31.3% in low integration of Gensini,high integration of Gensini. And the difference was significant,P<0.05.â‘¢AVC occurrence rate was respectively 8.8%,18.4%,35.5% in low integration of SYNTAX,medium integration of SYNTAX and high integration of SYNTAX. And the difference was significant,P<0.05.3,With binary logistic regression analysis to CHD, smoking,High blood pressure,high blood fat,diabetes,AVC can be taken as an independent trisk factor of CHD.Conclusion: The extent and severity of angiographic coronary artery disease had significant correlation with the AVC, and the extent and severity increased with increasing AVC in cases,.It can be used for finding timely and earier crowd of CHD in the clinical. |
